Knoxville‘s grass clipping policy was one of the topics brought up during last week’s Coffee with the Mayor.  Knoxville Community Service Officer Arlene Worrall reminds residents to not discharge grass clippings on city streets.  She says residents can benefit themselves and the city by removing the clippings from their own property—because if grass clippings get in the streets, they can clog street drains and interfere with city equipment.
