The Third Annual Knoxville Nationals one/third Marathon and four-K run in fast approaching. The race is scheduled for next Saturday August eighth at 8AM. It will start and end at Auld Park and will take runners and walkers through many of the landmarks in Knoxville like downtown, Ken Locke Stadium, the Knoxville Raceway and Westridge Development. Race Director Joe Cunningham says everyone in Marion County is invited to come out and showcase not only Knoxville but the entire county Cunningham says the entry deadline for a discounted fee of $33 dollars for the third marathon and $18 for the 4K walk. After August 3rd the fee goes up to $40 for the marathon and $25 for the four-K walk.
