A former customer service manager at Pella Corporation will be the featured speaker at a businesswomen’s forum next month on customer service. Dave Cody will speak on the topic of “Satisfying Customers” at the Pella Professional and Business Women’s Forum on Thursday, September 10th from noon to 1:00 p.m. at Central College.
