The Knoxville City Council will consider the second reading of an ordinance amending the city’s code on swimming pools at their bi-monthly meeting Monday. Considering second readings of ordinances establishing Park and Cemetery Commissions are also set, among other issues. The City Council meets Monday at 6:15 p.m. in city hall.
