A 50-year-old Knoxville resident was charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse in the 2nd degree Monday. Marion County Courthouse documents report Jimmy Dwayne Heck performed sex acts with two children under the age of twelve on a regular basis over the last year, a class B felony. Heck has preliminary hearing set August 14th. Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada says the case remains under investigation and there could be additional charges.
