A mixed-martial arts event is being held Friday in the parking lot of DeVore Motors starting at 12 p.m. That’s according to James Washington, president of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He says tickets for the event can be purchased at the Chamber office, or to call 828-7555 for more information. Gates open for the Mid-West Fighting Championship at noon and fights start at 2 p.m. Steve and Kraig Kinser will be at DeVore’s parking lot at 12:30 p.m. Friday before the event, and Danny Losaski will be there at 1 p.m. to be greet fans.
