Pella Corporation has earned the prestigious J.D. Power and Associates award for “Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Window and Patio Door Manufacturers” for the third year in a row. The award was based on an independent study which included nearly 2,900 consumers who purchased new windows or patio doors in the past year. In the study, Pella performed particularly well in the areas of operational performance, product quality/durability, and appearance and design. Earlier this year, Pella also earned the U.S. Department of Energy’s ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year award for windows for the third consecutive year, for the company’s leadership in manufacturing energy-efficient windows and educating consumers about them.
