A Knoxville resident was charged with driving without insurance, driving while suspended and failure to maintain control after his vehicle damaged one headstone and multiple fence posts at Graceland Cemetery last week. Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada says that Gerald Morgan turned himself in before the 72-hour timeframe required by state law, and therefore will not be charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
