The Marion County Board of Supervisors will have a public hearing on sanitary sewer use in Tracy at their bi-monthly meeting today. The ordinance defines and regulates the use of public sewer, building sewers and building drains, onsite systems, private sewage disposal owned and operated by Mahaska Rural Water, among other functions. The Board is also set to consider extending the closeout date of the Tracey sanitary sewer project, among other issues. The Board meets this morning at 9:30 in the Marion County courthouse.
