Carla Roynon Herrera, daughter of veteran supermodified and sprint car racer Bill Roynon, and her husband Johnny Herrera, the current Knoxville Raceway point leader, will join Mobile, Alabama’s Buddy Bielarski and his nephew Rick Crawford at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum tonight for a special reception from 6 until 9 p.m. featuring Buddy’s newly-restored southern supermodified number R-1.   Crawford will be competing in the Lucas Oil 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Race Saturday night at the Iowa Speedway in Newton.
