Knoxville Hospital & Clinics will be holding the second annual Baby Bliss Fair Saturday, according to hospital spokeswoman Katrina Nelson. She says the event is for expectant mothers, parents & families, and will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics. She adds admission is free. A car-seat safety check and meeting the obstetrics department members are also set, among other events.
