An H1N1 flu-shot clinic in Pella is scheduled to run Saturday, October 31st at Pella Community High School Cafeteria on 212 E. University Street from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., or until the vaccines runs out. Marion County Public Health Spokesperson Diane Ellis says the clinic only applies to “priority groups.” This includes pregnant women, people who care for children younger than six months, health care personnel with direct patient contact, and children six months through four years and children five through 18 years of age who have chronic medical conditions. Health officials will contact KNIA/KRLS first with any changes or vaccine updates.
