A North Dakota-based farm implement company announced plans to acquire the Pella and Oskaloosa Implement dealerships last Wednesday. Titan Machinery, Incorporated owns and operates one of the largest networks of full service agricultural and construction equipment stores in North America, and primarily represents the Case IH and New Holland Agriculture brands. The addition of the Pella and Oskaloosa locations would give Titan Machinery 70 total dealerships spread out across seven Midwest and plains states. The deal is expected to be closed on November 1, 2009.
