Vermeer Corporation and Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield are teaming up to help families learn how to manage and relieve stress. “Family Stress Management Night” will feature learning tracks for both adults and children. The adult track includes four presentations targeting the primary drivers of stress for Iowa familes, featuring instruction on stress management, balancing work with other obligations, techniques to reduce or manage stress, and handling financial concerns.

The free event is being held in the Vermeer Corporation Pavillion in Pella on Monday, October 26th. Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. that evening, with the program running from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. To pre-register, call 877-464-0415.
