Area residents strolled in downtown Knoxville Thursday evening, enjoying Living Windows 2009. The annual event featured live holiday displays in merchant windows, barrel train and horse drawn carriage rides and more, along with the debut of the KNIA/KRLS Little Big Red Radio. Shining parade floats will be gliding around the Knoxville Square Friday at 7 p.m. for the 2009 Lighted Parade, and the Little Big Red Radio will be there as well. The KNIA/KRLS Big Red Radio will also be there, collecting food for the 8th Annual KNIA/KRLS Food Drive during the event. Help us fill up the Big Red Radio and together we’ll help fill the local food banks of Marion County. For a list of all locations for you to drop-off your non-perishable food donations, you can visit kniakrls.com and click on ‘Station Events’.
