Knoxville Public Works crews didn’t let the Thursday-morning fog stop them from decorating the newly-redone part of Robinson Street. Dennis Webb of the Knoxville Public Works department says a total of 8 snow-flake banners were hung on the new Robinson Street lamp posts. Knoxville Streetscape committee co-chair Jody Meyer says the banners – and 28 electric snowflakes hung around the Square last week- are part of the committee’s efforts to get in the holiday spirit.
