A line began forming at 6:00 a.m. Saturday morning and moved swiftly when the doors opened at 10:00 a.m. for an H1N1 flu shot clinic that was being held at the Pella High School. Both traditional shot and nasal mist varieties of the vaccination were used at the clinic, which was operated by Marion County Public Health, and provided vaccinations to specific priority groups. Additional clinics have been planned for Marion County this month, including one on Thursday in Knoxville. Other tentative clinic dates include:

November 12th in Bussey
November 14th in Pella
November 19th in Pleasantville and Melcher-Dallas
November 21st in Knoxville
