The Knoxville City Council will receive a presentation from engineering firm Veenstra & Kimm on the Downtown Streetscape Master Plan at their bi-monthly meeting Monday evening at 6:15 in city hall. Public hearings on the city’s 2009 Sewer Rehab project and the 2009 South Second Street and South Third Street Storm Sewer Project are also set, along with a request from the police chief for a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, among other issues.
