A Pella Christian High School graduate and baseball stand-out at Central College has been named an assistant baseball coach for the Dutch. Matt Menninga was a two-time team co-captain as a catcher at Central and ranks in the top ten all-time for the Dutch in several career and single-season offensive categories. Menninga served as an assistant coach at Pella High School from 2007 to 2008 and also serves as manager of Stravers Cellular in Pella.
