Marion County drivers may have their cars tuned up for winter, and windshields need to always be clear of frost and snow on the road. Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada says residents need to slow down, and be aware of black ice and slick conditions. But Losada says its illegal to drive if the view from the front windshield and two front seat windows are obstructed.
