Residents Enter Not-Guilty Pleas in Separate Sexual Abuse Charges

A 51-year-old Knoxville resident charged with burglary in the 2nd degree and assault with intent to commit sexual abuse has pled not guilty to both charges.  Court documents report a pre-trial conference for Edward Chappel Lowe is set for December 18, with trial set for January 26.

A 20-year-old Knoxville resident has pled not guilty to sexual abuse in the third degree of a minor.  Marion County Courthouse documents report Casey Roland Sells has a pre-trial conference set December 18, with trial set for January 19.

A 19-year-old Knoxville resident has pled not guilty to a sexual abuse charge in the third degree.  Court documents report a pre-trial conference for Wesley Clay Smith is set for January 22, with trial set February 2.
