Four seniors from Pella High School’s state champion boys cross country team will compete in the 2009 Senior All-Star Cross Country Meet hosted this weekend by the Iowa Association of Track Coaches.

Nathan Buchheit, Jon Klein, Chris Myers, and Zach Wittenberg will compete against seniors from all classes in Iowa on the National Championship Course at Iowa State University, with their start scheduled for 1:30 p.m. today.

Scores will be sorted by the class size of the schools competing, but also sorted by region to select 40 athletes from each of the four regions in the state to represent their portion of the state.
