A holiday tradition in Pella returns for the 33rd year Saturday morning as Sinterklaas returns to town. The day will start with the Sinterklaas parade to the Tulip Toren at 10:00 a.m., followed by a short program featuring the 2010 Tulip Queen and Court. Those who purchase tickets will be invited to the Royal Amsterdam Hotel for a breakfast with Sinterklaas and then attend a party at the Pella Opera House at 11:00 a.m. Limited reserved tickets are available at the Pella Historical Society Business Office for $8.00.
