The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session Monday, and Mayor-elect Don Zoutte will take his oath of office before officially taking office on January 1st. Also on the agenda is considering the 2nd reading and waiving the 3rd reading of amending provisions pertaining to major industry surcharge, as well as considering the adoption to fix a date for a public hearing on a sewer revenue loan and disbursement agreement, among other issues.
