After beginning the process in August 2008, Helping Hands Food Pantry in Knoxville moved to their new, bigger building on 110 West Main Street this week. Chuck Galeazzi with Helping Hands tells KNIA/KRLS News that many different volunteers helped with the transition from 117 East Main, to a building with more space for food and clothing, as well as planned living space for those less fortunate.
