Peace Tree Brewing has now received their shipment of brewing equipment, and will be able to start brewing in 4-6 weeks. That’s according to Brewmaster Joe Kesteloot, who says even after the equipment is set up, they will still need to do plumbing and it will take about 21 days after everything is hooked up to be able to brew a beer. Peace Tree hopes to begin packaging beer for shipment in late January or early February. They will be open Saturday, December 26 from 1-5 for tours and tasting.
