Though the weather is finally warming up, for now, residents still have responsibilities when it comes to snow removal. Knoxville Community Service Officer Arlene Worrall says it is still important for residents to remove any snow, ice or slush from the sidewalks in front of their homes and businesses. If sidewalks are not taken care of the city will have someone shovel them and bill the owner of the property. In addition, property owners are also subject to a fine for not complying with the rules and responsibilities.
