The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday evening. At the meeting Todd Chambers of the Chamber of Commerce presented the Knoxville Laborshed Analysis, which the chamber approved. The city also discussed two different bonds in relation to sewer revenue. One of the bonds relates to a pending state revolving fund that the city is getting for improvements to the wastewater collection system. The other bond was issued in 2002 and will now be retired and a new bond will be issued to save the city hopefully around $60,000.
