Knoxville is off from basketball tonight. The Panthers will be in action next this Friday against Grinnell. The boys played A-D-M on Saturday and lost 63/53…while the girls will have to wait ten days between games now that their game last Friday was called off. Coach Jim Utiermarkt says that is not an ideal way to start the season after the holiday break…but it will get the girls in the gym practicing. Friday is also the Knoxville Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies in between the boys and girls games. Three new members will be inducted, Marv Sloan, R-G Wolf, and Kristy Conway will be inducted on Friday.
