The Pella Christian girls basketball team will look to bump their record back above .500 tonight when they host Oskaloosa. The Eagles roughed up the Indians 61-28 earlier in the season, but Pella Christian Head Coach Kevin Van Maanen says he expects Oskaloosa to challenge his squad and hopes tonight’s match-up will help them get back on track.

“Osky’s going to be coming in here and they’re going to be hungry for a victory,” says Van Maanen. “At the same time, I think it’s a good time for us to get back on track, keep working on our defense, and hopefully get some offensive rhythm.”

Pella Christian is 8-8 overall and 5-5 in the Little Hawkeye Conference.
