The Knoxville Fire Department, Knoxville Rural Fire Department and Marion County Sheriff’s department responded to a personal injury vehicle accident at 1022 Quebec at around 10:00 this morning. A vehicle lost control on the ice and slid into the ditch, while waiting in their car another vehicle also lost control and hit them, causing injury.   Deputies and fire personnel used cables and ropes to pull the passengers out of the ditch and up the hill. Two people who suffered non life threatening personal injury and were transported to the Knoxville Hospital and Clinic.  Two other vehicles slid into the ditch at that location prior to this accident.
