Living a healthier lifestyle has become a mainstay of New Year’s resolutions, and a local sector of a statewide program will start up again later this month to help participants reach those goals. Registration is now open for Live Healthy Marion County, which is part of the Live Healthy Iowa 100-day challenge to help participants improve their health. Those who live or work in Marion County are encouraged to form teams of two to ten people. To register, visit www.livehealthyiowa.org. The program begins January 15th.
