A violin recital that was originally scheduled for early December will be held Wednesday evening at Central College. “From the Studio of Ty Myers” will include works by several masters of violin repertoire, performed by young musical talent from Pella. Violinists include Jeremy Eduoard, Nathan Han and Shenstone Huang. Central College sophomore Emily Swartz will accompany on piano.

Myers, an instructor of music and director of orchestra at Central College will direct the performance. The violin recital is open to the public and free of charge, and will be held Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. in the Cox-Snow Recital Hall at Central College.
