More snow is in the forecast for Marion County. State Climatologist Harry Hillaker tells KNIA/KRLS News that the upcoming winter storm could deposit between two and four inches of snow on the area by the time the system moves out of the region. Hillaker says an outlook on snowfall for the remainder of the month is hard to predict, but says Marion County may be close to the amount of snowfall normally seen in the entire month of February by the time this latest storm and another expected snow in the early part of next week have passed through the area. Around six to seven inches of snow typically fall in the month of February.
