Hazardous road conditions were partly to blame for a single-vehicle rollover accident near Otley Monday afternoon. At approximately 1:51 p.m., emergency responders were paged to the accident, which happened near the intersection of Highway 163 and 160th Place. Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy Mel Vander Weil tells KNIA/KRLS News that the driver of the vehicle lost control on the slick road and rolled the vehicle.

The driver was the only occupant in the vehicle, and was transported by Pella Ambulance to Pella Regional Health Center with non life-threatening injuries. The Pella Rural Fire Department assisted at the scene.
