Central College wrestler Reid Imerman has been named a Scholar All-American by the National Wrestling Coaches Association. The 165-pound sophomore from Guthrie Center posted a 13-6 record in a season that was shortened by a trip to study abroad in Wales. Imerman, who majors in biology at Central College, carries a 3.84 grade point average.

To be eligible for All-America selection, a wrestler must have been in school for at least one year, carry a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better, have competed in at least half of the team’s matches, and have at least a .667 winning percentage.
