The Knoxville Chamber Ambassadors will officially welcome Knoxville’s newest business to the community this afternoon. A ribbon cutting will take place at Chic Boutique, located at 209 East Main Street at 12:30pm. Chic Boutique opened on March 3rd and is a consignment shop that sells gently used women’s clothing, jewelry, shoes and accessories.
