A two-day percussion festival at Central College in Pella begins Friday. Students from Pella High School will join musicians from some of the largest schools and colleges in the state to collaborate and attend workshops and clinics, which will be taught by members of the Caribbean-fusion group PANORAMIC. On both Friday and Saturday nights, percussion ensembles will perform in Douwstra Auditorium; starting at 7:30 p.m. The concerts are both free and open to the public.
