The Knoxville City Council will meet in special session Monday evening. Items on the agenda include a public hearing in regards to the proposed 2010-2011 city budget, a resolutions regarding sanitary sewer easement agreements, approval of the public purpose for expenditures of funds and an update from Fire Chief Mike Roberts on out of town transfers. The meeting will be held at 6:15pm Monday in the council chambers of the Knoxville City Hall.
