The Central College men’s basketball team is headed to St. Louis, Missouri. Monday morning, the NCAA Division III selection committee announced that the Dutch will face Illinois Wesleyan on Friday in the opening round of the national tournament. Washington University in St. Louis will host the first two rounds of the tournament, with the host school also included in the same four-team grouping as Central. The Dutch are a program-best 23-4, while the Titans are 20-7 and are one of three teams from the powerhouse College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin to make the 61-team field.
