A large crowd gathered to celebrate Peace Tree Brewing Company’s Grand Opening Friday. Several events took place throughout the day including a ribbon cutting by the Knoxville Chamber Ambassadors, a blessing of the bock by Dick Ziller, a celebratory toast, beer and soda tastings, and brewery tours. Attendees were also able to sign up for giveaways that took place throughout the day and local musicians Jon McLemore and Another Side of Jane provided live entertainment. Peace Tree will now expand their hours to include Friday and Saturday evenings on top of their regular 4-10 hours on Thursdays.
