The Knoxville Historical Preservation Commission will present their program “Knoxville’s Iowa State Girls’ Basketball Teams: 1949, ’51, ’75 and 2010” this evening. The program was originally going to be presented at the Knoxville Public Library, but due to the large crowd anticipated, the event will now be held on the second floor of the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum. The event is free and open to the public and will take place Thursday from 6:30 until 8pm.
