Twin Cedars is hoping for a big year in girls track and field. The Sabers will have for one more season one of the best athletes in the state in Lindsay Hoehns. However Coach Dennis Verploegh says the rest of the team looks solid as well. He says 29 girls are out this season, and 12 returning letter winners. He ads they should be able to compete very well in field events. He says a major concern is the middle and long distance races.
