Saturday is the final night to see Urinetown the Musical at Central College. The Tony Award-winning musical is a collaboration between the Central College Theatre and Music departments and is a comedic story of a town facing a water shortage that makes private toilets illegal, therefore forcing citizens to stand in line to pay for public facilities.

Director Ann Wilkinson says the show features a top-notch song list, and even takes a few jabs at some of Broadway’s best-known musicals. Urinetown the Musical begins at 7:30 p.m. Saturday night in the Kruidenier Center at Central College. General admission tickets are $9 and can be purchased by calling 641-628-9000.
