Jerry Vancenbrock of Knoxville was arrested Thursday on charges of assault with intent to sexual abuse. According to Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada, Vancenbrock was under investigation for about a month after a 20 year-old woman reported that he sexually assaulted her. Following an interview of a witness Vancenbrock was arrested and brought to the Marion County jail.
