Volunteers are still needed to help out with a food-packaging event in Pella next month that will benefit those in need in Haiti. Pella Meals from the Heartland (PMFTH) is a community-wide effort to package approximately 600,000 meals, and is led by Brian Naaden and Iowa Telecom; along with a growing number of Pella area organizations.

Volunteers would work two-hour shifts in teams of 10-12 people on Saturday, April 17th at the Vermeer Global Pavillion in Pella. More information, including how to help out, is available online at www.iowatelecom.net/pmfth.
