Habitat for Humanity of Marion County has been awarded $200,000 as part of $2.2 million in disbursements from the State I-JOBS program. Lisa Houser, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Marion County, says the $200,000 will be used toward building four homes in Marion County, including planned homes in Knoxville and Pella. The grant will cover half of the cost of building each home, with the other half coming from the support of Marion County communities.
