A sentencing date has been set for Christina Louise Thomas of Harvey who recently plead guilty on drug related charges. A pre-sentencing investigation has been ordered and a sentencing is set for May 7th at 9:30am in the Marion County Courthouse. Thomas is charged with ongoing criminal conduct, conspiracy to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine, child endangerment, pharmaceutical sales restriction and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. Ricky Maples, of Harvey was also involved in the drug bust and plead guilty on March 25th, his sentencing is scheduled for April 30th.
