April 21st is Administrative Professional’s Day, a day to recognize the work of secretaries, administrative assistants, receptionists, and other administrative support professionals. Troy Hawkshead, Plant Manager at the Knoxville Hormel Plant says Administrative Professionals are critical to the day to day operations of their business. Hawkshead says they “dot the i’s and cross the T’s to insure our success. Their efforts support our day to day business, and are actively involved in the community as well.” He says it would be hard pressed to find a better team than Connie, Jackie, and Zabrina and the company greatly appreciates what they continue to do for Hormel Foods.
