Though the weather might suggest otherwise, the Pella girls golf team is scheduled to begin season play today when they host Grinnell. The Little Dutch play their home meets at Bos Landen, which Head Coach Bob Fessler sees as a real benefit to his team.

“We have quite a few kids who are members out there [Bos Landen] and play out there, so it will be interesting,” said Fessler. “We believe it’s a real advantage for us. It’s a good course [and] not a course that a lot of girls teams see, so it kind of gives us an advantage.”

The Pella girls are scheduled to tee off against the Tigers at 4:15 p.m. in Pella.
